RESOLUTION NO. 2024-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMARILLO APPROVING IMPROVEMENT PLANS,
ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF AGREEMENTS,
SECURITIES AND OTHER NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND
PAYMENTS, AND ISSUANCE OF A WATER WILL-SERVE
LETTER FOR CPD-252 MJC INVESTMENT PROPERTY XV
LLC
The City Council of the City of Camarillo resolves as follows:
SECTION 1:The City Council of the City of Camarillo finds and declares as follows:
A. On November 1, 2022, the Camarillo Planning Commission conditionally approved CPD-252.
B. The City Engineer has caused to be written agreements and securities to guarantee completion of public improvements.
C. The City Engineer has caused an agreement to be executed stating the developer has retained a registered civil engineer to be responsible for field construction of this project as required by the Business and Professions Code.
SECTION 2:The recitals set forth above are true and correct.
SECTION 3:Agreements and Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America Faithful Performance/Labor & Materials Bond No. 108039697 in the amount of $251,631 for streets, removals, drainage, and water are acknowledged as received.
SECTION 4:The issuance of a Water Will-Serve letter is approved.
SECTION 5:The improvement plans are approved and the City Engineer is authorized to sign said plans and the City Manager is authorized to sign other necessary documents and receive necessary payments, and staff is authorized to process all other necessary documents and payments.
