FIRST AMENDMENT
TO
EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT - CITY MANAGER
This First Amendment to Employment Agreement - City Manager ("First Amendment") Is entered into by the City of Camarillo, a general law city ("City") and Gregory Ramirez, an individual ("Manager"). This First Amendment shall be effective as of July 1, 2021.
The City and Manager are collectively referred to herein as the "Parties". The Parties hereto do agree as follows:
Section 1. Employment Agreement. On July 1. 2020, the City and Manager entered into an Employment Agreement for the position of City Manager for the City of Camarillo ("Agreement") with a salary of $255,528.
Section 2. Salary. Section 2(a) of the Agreement is hereby amended to increase the salary of Manager to $268,562 effective as of July 1, 2021.
Section 3. Other Terms and Conditions. Except as modified by the First Amendment, all other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 4. Modification. This First Amendment shall not be modified except by written agreement executed by the Parties.
