CC Agreement No. 2020-52B
SECOND AMENDMENT TO EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT – CITY MANAGER This Second Amendment to Employment Agreement – City Manager (“Second Amendment”) is entered into by the City of Camarillo, a general law city (“City”) and Gregory Ramirez, an individual (“Manager”). This Second Amendment shall be effective as of July 1, 2022. The City and Manager are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”. The Parties hereto do agree as follows:
Section 1. Employment Agreement. On July 1, 2020, the City and Manager entered into an Employment Agreement for the position of City Manager for the City of Camarillo (“Employment Agreement”) with a salary of $255,528.
Section 2. First Amendment to Employment Agreement. Effective July 1, 2021, the City and Manager entered into a First Amendment to Employment Agreement which increased the salary of the Manager to $268,562.
Section 3. Salary. Section 2(a) of the Employment Agreement is hereby amended to increase the salary of Manager to $281,990 effective as of July 1, 2022.
Section 4. Severance Pay. Section 8 of the Employment Agreement is hereby amended to increase the severance pay from a period of six (6) months to a period of twelve (12) months.
Section 5. Other Terms and Conditions. Except as modified by this Second Amendment, all other terms and conditions of the Employment Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 6. Modification. This Second Amendment shall not be modified except by written agreement executed by the Parties.
