THIRD AMENDMENT TO EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT – CITY MANAGER
This Third Amendment to Employment Agreement -- City Manager (“Third Amendment”) is entered into by the City of Camarillo, a general law city (“City”) and Gregory Ramirez, an individual (“Manager”). This Third Amendment shall be effective as of July 1, 2023. The City and Manager are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”. The Parties hereto do agree as follows:
Section 1. Employment Agreement. On July 1, 2020, the City and Manager entered into an Employment Agreement for the position of City Manager for the City of Camarillo (“Employment Agreement”).
Section 2. The Parties have entered into First and Second Amendments to the Employment Agreement in 2021 and 2022 respectively.
Section 3. Salary. Section 2(a) of the Agreement is hereby amended to increase the salary of Manager to $301,729.58, effective as of July 1, 2023.
Section 4. Other Terms and Conditions. Except as modified by this Third Amendment, all other terms and conditions of the Employment Agreement and Amendments thereto shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 5. Modification. This Third Amendment shall not be modified except by written agreement executed by the Parties.
