Subject: Adopt a Resolution Exonerating Warranty Securities for City Facilities Security Measures, AS-2021-24
BACKGROUND
On July 26, 2023, the City Council accepted the public improvements for the City Facilities Security Measures, AS-2021-24. Work was performed by Convergint Technologies, LLC.
DISCUSSION
Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland Performance/Payment Bonds No. 9355698 in the amount of $397,593 have been held for the required maintenance period and may be exonerated.
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no budget impact as a result of this action.
RECOMMENDATION
1. Adopt a Resolution exonerating warranty securities for the City Facilities Security Measures, AS-2021-24 with Convergint Technologies, LLC.
