A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMARILLO EXONERATING WARRANTY SECURITIES FOR
CITY FACILITIES SECURITY MEASURES, AS-2021-24
The City Council of the City of Camarillo resolves as follows:
SECTION 1:The City Council of the City of Camarillo finds and declares as follows:
A. On July 26, 2023, the City Council of the City of Camarillo accepted the public improvement for City Facilities Security Measures, AS-2021-24, by Convergint Technologies, LLC.
B. Warranty securities have remained posted for the required one-year maintenance period.
SECTION 2:Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland Performance/Payment Bonds No. 9355698 in the amount of $397,593 are exonerated.
SECTION 3:The Director of Administrative Services is authorized to return the Bond security listed in Section 2, above.
