I, Bill Camarillo, CEO of Agromin, state that to the best of my knowledge, Agromin is the sole company offering an end-to-end comprehensive SB 1383 procurement solution. The solution includes the manufacturing of Title 14 compliant compost, along with an integrated 1383 technology platform including: 1383 compliant product ordering, invoice tracking, and Cal Recycle approved SB 1383 compliant reporting. Included in the solution is access to the network of agricultural partners enabling cities and jurisdictions the option of a Direct Service Provider agreement as a means of SB 1383 compliance.
Any City or jurisdiction requiring all the above elements from one provider must use the Agromin SB 1383 procurement solution.
