A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMARILLO
APPROVING THE FINAL PAY ESTIMATE AND ACCEPTING
IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE CAMARILLO RANCH HOUSE BARN
IMPROVEMENTS, AS-2023-2
The City Council of the City of Camarillo resolves as follows:
SECTION 1:The City Council of the City of Camarillo finds and declares as follows:
A. On June 12, 2024, a contract was executed by Bodagger Builders, for AS- 2023-2, for the Camarillo Ranch House Barn Improvements.
B. American Contractors Indemnity Company, Performance/Payment Bond No. 100865075 in the amount of $154,125.00 was posted to guarantee completion of said improvements and to guarantee improvements for the required maintenance period of one year.
C. The Director of Administrative Services/Chief Innovation Officer has recommended acceptance of said improvements.
SECTION 2:Final Pay Estimate No. 2 is approved and improvements under AS- 2023-2 are accepted and shall be included in the appropriate City system.
SECTION 3:The Mayor is authorized to sign a Notice of Completion, and the City Clerk is directed to record said Notice in the office of the Ventura County Recorder.
