A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMARILLO APPROVING THE FINAL PAY ESTIMATE
AND ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS FOR ROAD
REHABILITATION PROJECT CRASL-5393 - PROJECT
NO. ST-5123
The City Council of the City of Camarillo resolves as follows:
SECTION 1:The City Council of the City of Camarillo finds and declares as follows:
A. On January 10, 2024, a contract was executed by Toro Enterprises, Inc. for Road Rehabilitation Project CRASL-5393 – Project No. ST-5123.
B. Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America,
Performance/Payment Bonds No. 107952506 in the amount of $2,265,115 with increase rider, rider increases the bonds amount from $2,265,115 to $2,578,826.80, was posted to guarantee completion of said improvements and to guarantee improvements for the required maintenance period.
C. The City Engineer has recommended acceptance of said improvements.
SECTION 2:Contract Pay Estimate No. 5 (Final) is approved and improvements under ST-5123 are accepted and shall be included in the appropriate city system.
SECTION 3:The Mayor is authorized to sign a Notice of Completion, and the City Clerk is directed to record said Notice in the office of the Ventura County Recorder.
