Subject: Resolution Exonerating Warranty Securities - City Hall Parking Lot Lighting Replacement AS-2022-4
BACKGROUND
On September 27, 2023, the City Council accepted the public improvements for the City Hall Parking Lot Lighting Upgrades, AS-2022-4. Work was performed by ABM Electrical & Lighting Solutions, Inc.
DISCUSSION
Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America Performance/Payment Bonds No. 107731777 in the amount of $256,355.50 have been held for the required maintenance period and may be exonerated.
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no budget impact as a result of this action.
RECOMMENDATION
Adopt a Resolution exonerating warranty securities for the City Hall Parking Lot Lighting Upgrades, AS-2022-4 with ABM Electrical & Lighting Solutions, Inc.
