RESOLUTION NO. 2024-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMARILLO EXONERATING WARRANTY SECURITIES FOR
CITY HALL PARKING LOT LIGHTING UPGRADE, AS-2022-4
The City Council of the City of Camarillo resolves as follows:
SECTION 1:The City Council of the City of Camarillo finds and declares as follows:
A. On September 27, 2023, the City Council of the City of Camarillo accepted the public improvement for the City Hall Parking Lot Lighting Upgrade project AS-2022-4, by ABM Electrical & Lighting Solutions, Inc.
B. Warranty securities have remained posted for the required one-year maintenance period.
SECTION 2:Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America Performance/Payment Bonds No. 107731777 in the amount of $256,355.50 are exonerated.
SECTION 3:The Director of Administrative Services/Chief Innovation Officer is authorized to return the Bond security listed in Section 2, above.
