CityofSimiValley: OurteamassistedtheCitywithmodernizationofthebroadcastsystemandthediasAVcomponents.PegasusprovidedequipmentrecommendationstotheCity. WAVinstalledtheequipmentandourteamvalidatedtheworkingorderofthenewlyinstalledequipment,createdanewgraphicspackageandhelpedcommissionthesystem.
CityofMoorpark: Currently, weareconsultingwiththeCityofMoorparkforasystemmodernizationproject.CityHallisbeingrelocatedtoanewlocationandanallnewbroadcastsystemisbeinginstalled.

Ourmanagementteamcollaborateswithcitystaff tofacilitatemeetingnotificationsandallocateappropriatestaffingforallproductions.Additionally, weconductweeklychecksofthecitywebsitetokeeptrackofanyupdatesorchangesintheschedule.
Pegasusstaff willworkcloselywiththeclerkandothermeetingrepresentativestoensurethateachproductionrunssmoothlyandanyquestionsorconcernsareaddressedassoonaspossible.Trainingwillbeprovidedtokeycitystaff ontheoperationoftheAVsystemstohandlebasictroubleshootingduringnon-publicevents.
Ourmanagementteamwillsubmitdetailedservicelevelagreementsthatoutlineresponsetimes,uptimecommitmentsandperformancestandards.
Operation
OnCityCouncilandPlanningCommissiondays,twoBroadcastTechnicianswillarrivetwohoursbeforethescheduledmeetingstarttime.Uponarrival,theywilltestalloftheequipmenttoverifytheequipmentisfunctioningproperly. Aftercompletionofanon-airtesttheywillreviewtheagendaandprepareanygraphicsortitlesneeded.AllothermeetingswillbeoperatedbyoneBroadcastTechnician.
Additionaltasksmaybecompletedpriortothemeetingstartsuchasupdatingofthechannelschedule,updatingdocumentationandfillingouttheoperationlogreports.Technicianswillensurehighqualityaudioandvideoisbroadcasttotelevisionandstreamingdestinations.
PostmeetingtaskswillincludethetrimmingandschedulingofmeetingreplaysandpropershutdownofallAVequipment.AnyoperationalortechnicalissueswillbeloggedandreportedtoPegasusManagement.Pegasusbroadcaststaff communicateviagroupTeamschannelsandmessaging.Thisallowsmultipleuserstoassistoff-sitewhentroubleshootingissuesarise.PhotosanddocumentationarepostedintheTeamschannelforgroupcollaborationandarchivingpurposes.
MaintenanceandReporting
Anypotentialissuesdiscoveredduringtestingwillbepromptlyreportedanddocumentedforimmediateresolution.Issuesthatrequireescalationwillbereportedto ourmanagementteamwhowillcoordinatewithcitystaff forresolution.OperationalissueswillbeaddedtoourSOPandtroubleshootingguides.TechnicalissueswillbedocumentedinourA/Vhealthreports.Pegasuswilldeliverquarterlysystemhealthreports.
Inthefirst60days,ourteamwillcreateaComprehensiveAVManagementPlan.TheplanwillincludestandardoperatingproceduresforallAVsystems,includingprotocolsforsetup,operationandtroubleshooting.
OverthecourseofthefirstfourmonthsourteamwilldevelopandimplementarobustContingencyPlantoensurethecontinuityofAVservicesduringexpeditedeventsortechnicalfailures.Theplanwillincludehybridmeetingsupportoptionsforin-personandremoteparticipants.
Consulting
Ourteamiswell-versedinthelatesttechnologytrendsandcanassistwithsystemupgradesthatmaximizebroadcastefficiencyandperformance.Ourmanagementteamwillcollaboratewiththecityandofferguidanceonanysystemupgrades,andmodernizationasrequested.
Cost Proposal
OurcostproposalincludesaflatratetocoverbroadcastservicesandabroadcastsystemmanagedsolutionasstatedintheScopeofWork(SOW),aswellasoptionalhourlyratesforas-requestedservices.Allcostswillbebilledmonthly.
BroadcastServices:● Administrativeservicesandmanagement.Includescoordinationwithcitystaff,scheduling,consultation,training,ongoingreportinganddocumentation. ● BasicA/Vtroubleshootingandreporting.Coordinationwithstaffandservicevendorsformaintenanceandrepairissues. ● Channelschedulemanagement.
● Two(2)BroadcastTechniciansforallCityCouncilmeetings.
● One(1)BroadcastTechnicianforallothermeetings.
