FIRST AMENDMENT TO ON-CALL AGREEMENT FOR TRADE WORK
This First Amendment to On -Call Agreement for Trade Work Agreement No. CC /CSD 2024-66A (Amendment) effective date of November 13, 2024, is entered into between the City of Camarillo, a general law city and municipal corporation, and the Camarillo Sanitary District, a sanitary district organized pursuant to the California Health and Safety Code (collectively “City/District”), and General Pump Company, Inc. a California corporation (Contractor).
Recitals.
A. The parties have entered into a written agreement entitled “On-Call Agreement for Trade Work Agreement Number CC /CSD 2024-66” having an effective date of July 1, 2024 (Agreement) to perform the types of work outlined in Exhibit A of the Agreement for a not -to- exceed amount of $100,000.
B. All capitalized terms not defined in this Amendment have the meaning set forth in the Agreement.
C. The parties desire to modify the agreement in accordance with Section 10.3 of the Agreement.
Section 1. Amendment. The Agreement is amended as follows:
a. Replace Section 4.1 with the following:
4.1 Total City/CSD payments to Contractor for all Work performed during the Term may not exceed $150,000. There is a not-to-exceed amount of $60,000 per task order, or the maximum allowed limit as authorized under Section 22020 of the Public Contract Code.
Section 2. Continuation of Terms of Agreement. Except as expressly modified by the terms and provisions of this document, the remaining terms and provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
THE AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES of the Parties have caused this First Amendment to Agreement No. CC/CSD 2024-66A to be executed as of the Effective Date.
