RESOLUTION NO. 2024-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMARILLO APPROVING IMPROVEMENT PLANS,
ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF AGREEMENTS,
SECURITIES AND OTHER NECESSARY DOCUMENTS, AND
ISSUANCE OF A WATER WILL-SERVE LETTER FOR CPD-
248 AMERICA’S TIRES
The City Council of the City of Camarillo resolves as follows:
SECTION 1:The City Council of the City of Camarillo finds and declares as follows:
A. On June 16, 2020, the Camarillo Planning Commission conditionally approved CPD-248.
B. The City Engineer has caused to be written agreements and securities to guarantee completion of grading.
C. The City Engineer has caused an agreement to be executed stating the developer has retained a registered civil engineer to be responsible for field construction of this project as required by the Business and Professions Code.
SECTION 2:The recitals set forth above are true and correct.
SECTION 3:Agreements and Western Surety Company Faithful Performance/Labor & Materials Bond No. 30223949 in the amount of $278,852 for streets/general improvements, removals and adjustments, and water improvements and Western Surety Company Faithful Performance/Labor & Materials Bond No. 30223956 with General Surety Rider dated November 5, 2024, in the amount of $3,420 for grading and other necessary documents are acknowledged as received.
SECTION 4:The issuance of a Water Will-Serve letter is approved.
SECTION 5:The improvement plans are approved and the City Engineer is authorized to sign said plans and other necessary documents.
