ffective May 31, 2021, HDR Engineering, Inc. acquired all of the capital stock of WKE, Inc., making WKE, Inc. a wholly-owned subsidiary of HDR Engineering, Inc. WKE, Inc. will continue to operate as a legal entity in the State of California. As a result, HDR is not requesting contracts be re-assigned.
