Subject: 2025 City Council and Board Regular Meeting Schedule
BACKGROUND
Each year the City Council adopts a meeting schedule approving regularly scheduled meetings. An annual meeting calendar facilitates public participation in City Council and Board meetings by providing a consistent and predictable schedule of meetings, at times which are convenient for the public to attend. This consistency allows for full compliance with the Brown Act to meet public noticing deadlines and helps ensure transparency in city governance.
DISCUSSION
The proposed meeting schedule includes the City Council’s regular meeting dates set on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month, with the following exceptions:
July 23, 2025 Cancelled (Dark)
November 26, 2025 Cancelled (Holiday)
December 24, 2025 Cancelled (Holiday)
All meetings are open to the public and provide opportunities for public comments.
Meetings will continue to be streamed live on the City’s YouTube Channel and broadcasted on the City’s Government Channels. Please see the City’s website and public announcements for agendas, public hearing notices, and additional meeting information.

RECOMMENDATION
Approve the 2025 City Council and Board Regular Meeting Schedule.
