A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMARILLO EXONERATING WARRANTY SECURITIES FOR THE
CAMARILLO PUBLIC LIBRARY ENERGY EFFICIENCY LIGHTING
UPGRADE PROJECT NO. CH 5132, SPECIFICATION AS-2022-13
The City Council of the City of Camarillo resolves as follows:
SECTION 1:The City Council of the City of Camarillo finds and declares as follows:
A. On December 13, 2023, the City Council of the City of Camarillo accepted the public improvement for the Camarillo Public Library Energy Efficiency Lighting Upgrade Project No. CH 5132, Specification AS-2022-13, by ABM Electrical & Lighting Solutions, Inc.
B. Warranty securities have remained posted for the required one-year maintenance period.
SECTION 2:Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland Performance/Payment Bond No. 9378075 in the amount of $815,483.08 are exonerated.
SECTION 3:The Director of Administrative Services/Chief Innovation Officer is authorized to return the Bond security listed in Section 2, above.
