A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMARILLO APPROVING THE PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS AND NOTICE INVITING BIDS FOR
PLEASANT VALLEY ROAD BIKE LANES - PROJECT NO.
ST-5006, CML-5393 (036)
The City Council of the City of Camarillo resolves as follows:
SECTION 1:The City Council of the City of Camarillo finds and declares as follows:
A. The City is desirous of completing the public improvement project, Pleasant Valley Road Bike Lanes - Project No. ST-5006, CML-5393 (036) (the “Project”).
B. The Project is necessary to further promote public health, safety and welfare.
C. The City Council has accounted for funding for construction of the Project in approving the budget for the current fiscal year and the 5-Year Capital Improvement Program.
D. The City Council adopted a Resolution approving the Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) for the subject project on April 13, 2022.
SECTION 2:City Council approves said project, approves the plans and specifications for the Project, and hereby authorizes the Director of Public Works to proceed with the public bidding procedures for the Project.
SECTION 3:This resolution shall take effect immediately.
SECTION 4:The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution.
