A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMARILLO ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS,
WARRANTY SECURITY, AND EXONERATING TRAFFIC
SIGNAL SECURITIES FOR CPD-197M(1) CPG PARTNERS,
L.P.
The City Council of the City of Camarillo resolves as follows:
SECTION 1:The City Council of the City of Camarillo finds and declares that:
A. On March 27, 2013, the City Council of the City of Camarillo accepted the public improvements and exonerated securities for CPD-197M(1) and also retained securities for a future traffic signal at the intersection of Camarillo Center Drive and Ventura Boulevard remaining in place for CPD-197M(1).
B. The traffic signal at the intersection of Camarillo Center Drive and Ventura Boulevard has been completed to the satisfaction of the Transportation Engineer.
SECTION 2:The recitals set forth above are true and correct.
SECTION 3:The final project plans are approved and public improvements and Travelers Casualty and Surety Company Warranty Bond No. 107969793 in the amount of $76,464 for the traffic signal at the intersection of Camarillo Center Drive and Ventura Boulevard is accepted and shall be included in the appropriate City system.
SECTION 4:Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America, Performance/Labor and Materials Bonds No. 104956183 in the amount of $305,855 for the traffic signal at the intersection of Camarillo Center Drive and Ventura Boulevard are exonerated.
SECTION 5:The Public Works Department is authorized to return the securities listed in Section 4, above.
