Subject: CUP-400, Arneill Road Mixed-Use Project – Resolution Dedicating an Easement for Public Street on Arneill Road and Alley B (APN 162-0-012-210, 162-0-012-280, 162-0-012-290, 162-0-012-300 and 162-0-012-310)
BACKGROUND
On June 6, 2023, the Camarillo Planning Commission approved CUP-400 for the construction of a mixed-use development located on the east side of Arneill Road between 238 and 275 Arneill Road as shown on the Location Map (Attachment 1), by Resolution No.
PC-2023-18 (Attachment 2). The project is conditioned to dedicate five feet of street right of way on Arneill Road and five feet on Alley B as described in Exhibit A (Attachment 3).
DISCUSSION
The City of Camarillo owns the real property identified as APN: 162-0-012-210, 162-0-012- 280, 162-0-012-290, 162-0-012-300 and 162-0-012-310 and desires to dedicate an easement for public street and all related purposes on said property as particularly described and depicted in Exhibit A and B.
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no fiscal impact as a result of this action.
RECOMMENDATION
Adopt a Resolution Dedicating an Easement for Public Street and all related purposes on the portion of real property owned by the City and identified as APN: 162-0-012-210, 162-0- 012-280, 162-0-012-290, 162-0-012-300 and 162-0-012-310; and authorize City Clerk to record the Resolution in the Official Records of the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Ventura.
