A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMARILLO APPROVING FINAL PAY ESTIMATE AND
ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS FOR STORMWATER
TRASH COMPLIANCE – PROJECT NO. SD-5032-1
The City Council of the City of Camarillo resolves as follows:
SECTION 1:The City Council of the City of Camarillo finds and declares as follows:
A. On June 12, 2024, a contract was executed by Downstream Services, Inc., for Stormwater Trash Compliance – Project No. SD-5032-1.
B. Western Surety Company, Performance/Payment Bonds No. 30221672 in the amount of $838,897 was posted to guarantee completion of said improvements and to guarantee improvements for the required maintenance period.
C. The City Engineer has recommended acceptance of said improvements.
SECTION 2:Final Pay Estimate No. 7 is approved and improvements under SD- 5032-1 are accepted and shall be included in the appropriate city system.
SECTION 3:The Mayor is authorized to sign a Notice of Completion, and the Interim City Clerk is directed to record said Notice in the office of the Ventura County Recorder.
