A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMARILLO
DEDICATING AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC STREET AND ALL
RELATED PURPOSES ON THE PORTION OF PROPERTY LOCATED
ON ARNEILL ROAD AND ALLEY B, OWNED BY THE CITY OF
CAMARILLO, IDENTIFIED AS APN: 162-0-012-210, 162-0-012-280, 162- 0-012-290, 162-0-012-300 and 162-0-012-310.
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Camarillo (hereafter “City”), after consideration of the staff report, staff presentation and discussion, presented at the _______________________, meeting of the City Council hereby finds, determines and declares as follows:
WHEREAS, the City of Camarillo owns the real property in the City of Camarillo, County of Ventura, State of California, identified as APN: 162-0-012-210, 162-0-012-280, 162-0-012-290, 162-0-012-300 and 162-0-012-310.
WHEREAS, the City of Camarillo desires to dedicate an easement for public street and all related purposes on said property, as more particularly described in attached Exhibit “A” and depicted in attached Exhibit “B”.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMARILLO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 2. The City of Camarillo hereby dedicates an easement for public street and all related purposes on a portion of the real property owned by the City of Camarillo and identified as APN: 162-0-012-210, 162-0-012-280, 162-0-012-290, 162-0-012-300 and 162-0-012-310. 2 6

4 SECTION 3. The easement for public street hereby dedicated is more particularly described and depicted in Exhibits “A” and “B” attached hereto and incorporated herein.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall record a certified copy of this resolution in the Official Records of the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Ventura.
SECTION 5. This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its adoption.
SECTION 6. The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution and certify this record to be a full, true, correct copy of the action taken.
