A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CAMARILLO SANITARY DISTRICT APPROVING THE
SEWER IMPROVEMENT PLANS, ACKNOWLEDGING
RECEIPT OF AGREEMENT, SECURITIES AND OTHER
NECESSARY DOCUMENTS FOR IPD-413, TESLA
COLLISION CENTER
The Board of Directors of the Camarillo Sanitary District resolves as follows:
SECTION 1:The Board of Directors of the Camarillo Sanitary District finds and declares as follows:
A. The developer of IPD-413 has submitted the required agreement, securities and other necessary documents to guarantee construction of sanitary sewer and other sanitary facility improvements.
B. The District Engineer has caused to be written agreements and securities to guarantee completion of sanitary sewer improvements.
SECTION 2:The recitals set forth above are true and correct.
SECTION 3:Harco National Insurance Company Faithful Performance/Labor and Materials Bond No. 0822272 in the amount of $15,436 for construction of sanitary sewer improvements; and other necessary documents are acknowledged as received.
SECTION 6:The sewer improvement plans are approved and the District Engineer is authorized to sign said plans and other necessary documents.
SECTION 7:The issuance of a Sewer Will-Serve letter is approved.
