AGREEMENT NO. 2022-157A
FIRST AMENDMENT TO MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
This Amendment to Agreement No. 2022-157A is entered into between the City of Camarillo, a California general law city and municipal corporation (City), and DeSario Enterprises, dba Pacific Breeze ChemDry , (Contractor), collectively referred to as the Parties. The effective date of this Amendment is July 1, 2025.
RECITALS
A. On July 1, 2022, the City Council approved Maintenance Agreement No. 2022-157 with Pacific Breeze ChemDry to provide preventative maintenance; including carpet cleaning, deep extraction carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, rubber floor cleaning, tile cleaning and sealing at the Camarillo Public Library in the amount of $120,955.20 for a three-year term effective July 1, 2022 and terminating on June 30, 2025, with one three-year extension (Agreement).
B. All capitalized terms not defined in this Amendment have the meaning set forth in the Agreement.
C. Pursuant to Section 2 of the Agreement, the parties wish to extend the Agreement for an additional three-year period.
Section 1. Amendment. The Agreement is amended to add the following:
a. Extend CC Agreement No. 2022- 157 for three years beginning July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028 , for the maintenance of the carpet, tile, rubber floor , and upholstery cleaning at the Camarillo Public Library.
Section 2. Compensation and Payment. This Amendment is for a not -to-exceed amount of $229,919.10 for a total agreement amount of $229,919.10.
Section 3. Continuation of Terms of Agreement. Except as expressly modified by the terms and provisions of this document, the remaining terms and provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
THE AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES of the Parties have caused this Amendment, Agreement No. 2022-140A to be executed as of the Effective Date.
