A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMARILLO EXONERATING WARRANTY SECURITIES
FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL IMPROVEMENTS AT LAS POSAS
AND TEMPLE - PROJECT NO. TS-5094
The City Council of the City of Camarillo resolves as follows:
SECTION 1:The City Council of the City of Camarillo finds and declares as follows:
A. On April 24, 2024, the City Council of the City of Camarillo accepted public improvements for Traffic Signal Improvements at Las Posas and Temple – Project No.
TS-5094.
B. Warranty securities have remained posted for the required maintenance period.
SECTION 2:Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland, Performance/Payment Bonds No. 9423019 in the amount of $752,280 are exonerated.
SECTION 3:The Public Works Department is authorized to return the bonds noted in Section 2 to the contractor.
