RESOLUTION NO. 2025-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMARILLO EXONERATING SECURITES FOR RPD-
189M(3), WILLIAMS HOMES.
The City Council of the City of Camarillo resolves as follows:
SECTION 1:The City Council of the City of Camarillo finds and declares as follows:
A. On April 14, 2021, the City Council of the City of Camarillo approved improvement plans, acknowledged receipt of agreements and securities for RPD-189M(3), Williams Homes.
B. On November 8, 2023, the City Council of the City of Camarillo accepted public improvements, warranty security and exonerated performance securities for RPD-189M(3), Williams Homes.
C. The Williams Homes development has been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer and the securities have remained posted for the required one year period.
SECTION 2:The recitals set forth above are true and correct.
SECTION 3:Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Company Faithful Performance/Labor and Materials Bonds No. PB03010407256 in the amount of $22,500 and Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Company Warranty Bond No PB03010407257-A in the amount of $28,478 for Williams Homes are exonerated.
SECTION 4:The Public Works Department is authorized to return the securities listed in Section 3 to the developer.
