NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TAKE NOTICE, that the City of Camarillo City Council will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at 5:00 p.m., or soon thereafter in the Camarillo City Council Chambers, 601 Carmen Drive, Camarillo, California, on the following agenda item:
Scholle Farmhouse Historic Landmark Designation
The City Council will consider Rancho (Camarillo) Associates’ request for a historic landmark designation for the Scholle Farmhouse located at 650 Edward Scholle Drive (APN 157-0-290-775). The proposed project is Categorically Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines Section 15331 (Class 31, Historical Resource Restoration/Rehabilitation) because designating the structure will serve to preserve it.
Any person interested in this matter is invited to attend and provide comments on the proposed action. If you challenge the proposed action in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues raised at the meeting verbally or in writing.

You may submit written comments on a specific agenda item at www.cityofcamarillo.org/publiccomment or at City Hall. Comments received by 3:00 p.m. on May 28, 2025, will be distributed to all Council/Board Members prior to the meeting. Written comments received after 3:00 p.m. will be distributed after the meeting.
