RESOLUTION NO. 2025-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMARILLO EXONERATING WARRANTY SECURITIES
FOR TREATED WATER DIVERSION – NORTH PLEASANT
VALLEY GROUNDWATER DESALTER – PROJECT NO.
MC-2023-5
The City Council of the City of Camarillo resolves as follows:
SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Camarillo finds and declares as follows:
A. On May 22, 2024, the City Council of the City of Camarillo accepted public improvements for Treated Water Diversion – North Pleasant Valley Groundwater Desalter – Project No. MC-2023-5 (the “Project”).
B. Warranty securities have remained posted for the required maintenance period.
SECTION 2: The Ohio Casualty Insurance Company, Performance/Payment Bonds No. 070219641 in the amount of $81,650 are exonerated.
SECTION 3: The Public Works Department is authorized to return the bonds noted in Section 2 to the contractor.
