A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CAMARILLO SANITARY DISTRICT APPROVING FINAL
PAY ESTIMATE AND ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS FOR
INTERIM PLANT BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS – PROJECT
NO. SS-5076
The Board of Directors of the Camarillo Sanitary District resolves as follows:
SECTION 1:The Board of Directors of the Camarillo Sanitary District finds and declares as follows:
A. On May 22, 2024, a contract was executed by R2BUILD dba R2B Engineering, for Interim Plant Building Improvements – Project No. SS-5076.
B. Employers Mutual Casualty Company, Performance/Payment Bonds No.
S045058 in the amount of $897,000 was posted to guarantee completion of said improvements and to guarantee improvements for the required maintenance period.
C. The District Engineer has recommended acceptance of said improvements.
SECTION 2:Final Pay Estimate No. 5 is approved and improvements under SS- 5076 are accepted and shall be included in the appropriate city system.
SECTION 3:The Chairman of the Board is authorized to sign a Notice of Completion, and the Assistant Secretary is directed to record said Notice in the office of the Ventura County Recorder.
