A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CAMARILLO SANITARY DISTRICT APPROVING FINAL
PAY ESTIMATE AND ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS FOR
LEWIS ROAD TO FLYNN ROAD SEWER – PROJECT NO.
SS-14-01
The Board of Directors of the Camarillo Sanitary District resolves as follows:
SECTION 1:The Board of Directors of the Camarillo Sanitary District finds and declares as follows:
A. On October 23, 2024, a contract was executed by Toro Enterprises, Inc., for Lewis Road to Flynn Road Sewer – Project No. SS-14-01.
B. Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America,
Performance/Payment Bonds No. 108141781 in the amount of $1,861,703 was posted to guarantee completion of said improvements and to guarantee improvements for the required maintenance period.
C. The District Engineer has recommended acceptance of said improvements.
SECTION 2:Final Pay Estimate No. 5 is approved and improvements under SS- 14-01 are accepted and shall be included in the appropriate city system.
SECTION 3:The Chairman of the Board is authorized to sign a Notice of Completion, and the Assistant Secretary is directed to record said Notice in the office of the Ventura County Recorder.
