CSD RESOLUTION NO. 2025-
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CAMARILLO SANITARY DISTRICT RECERTIFYING THE
SEWER SYSTEM MANAGEMENT PLAN (2025)
The Board of Directors of the Camarillo Sanitary District resolves as follows:
SECTION 1:The Board of Directors of the Camarillo Sanitary District finds and declares as follows:
A. On May 3, 2006, the State Water Resources Control Board issued Statewide General Waste Discharge Requirements (WDR) for sanitary sewer systems.
B. On February 20, 2008, and subsequently on September 9, 2013, the WDR Monitoring and Reporting Program (MRP) was amended.
C. On July 22, 2009, the Board of Directors of the Camarillo Sanitary District approved the Sewer System Management Plan (SSMP).
D. The WDR provides that public agencies update their SSMP every six years to include significant program changes and recertify the SSMP by their governing board at a public meeting.
SECTION 2:The Board of Directors of the Camarillo Sanitary District recertifies the SSMP dated June 25, 2025.
SECTION 3:This resolution shall take effect immediately.
SECTION 4:The Assistant Secretary shall certify to the adoption of this resolution.
