A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CAMARILLO SANITARY DISTRICT PLACING DIRECT
ASSESSMENTS ON THE VENTURA COUNTY SECURED
PROPERTY TAX ROLL
The Board of Directors of the Camarillo Sanitary District resolves as follows:
SECTION 1: The Board of Directors of the Camarillo Sanitary District finds and declares as follows:
A. On February 8, 1995, the Board of Directors of the Camarillo Sanitary District adopted Ordinance No. 49, providing the authority to place certain delinquent utility accounts on the Ventura County Secured Property Tax Roll, and B. On May 6, 2025, the Director of Finance did cause written notification to be mailed, by both certified and first-class U.S. Mail, to such delinquent customers that public notices would be placed in the newspaper on May 31, 2025 and June 7, 2025, and that a public hearing would be held on June 25, 2025, and
C. On May 31, 2025 and June 7, 2025, public notices were placed in the newspaper.
SECTION 2: The Board of Directors of the Camarillo Sanitary District resolves that the following delinquent accounts will be placed on the FY 2025/26 Direct Assessments of the Ventura County Secured Property Tax Roll:
