AGREEMENT NO. 2019-28E
FOURTH AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CAMARILLO AND DATA TICKET, INC. FOR ADMINISTRATIVE AND PARKING
CITATION PROCESSING AND ADJUDICATION SERVICES
This Fourth Amendment to Agreement No. 2019-28 (Amendment) is entered into between the City of Camarillo, a California general law city and municipal corporation (City), and Data Ticket, Inc., a California Corporation (Consultant), collectively referred to as the Parties. The effective date of this Amendment is July 1, 2024.
RECITALS
A. The Parties entered into a written agreement entitled “City of Camarillo Professional Services Agreement w ith Solid Waste Solutions, Inc.” Agreement No. 2019- 28 having an effective date of April 10, 2019 (Agreement) to provide consulting services for administrative and parking citation processing and adjudication, as outlined in Exhibit A of the Agreement.
B. All capitalized terms not defined in this Fourth Amendment have the meaning set forth in the Agreement.
C. The Parties desire to extend the term of the agreement in accordance with Section 1 of the Agreement.
Section 1. Amendment. The Agreement is amended to add the following:
a. Extend current agreement for administrative and parking citation processing and adjudication services.
b. The term of the Agreement is extended through June 30, 2026. c. Additional expenditure of $84,150 for FY 2024/25 and $84,150 for FY 2025/26.
Section 2. Compensation and Payment. This Amendment is for a not -to-exceed amount of $168,000, for a total agreement amount of $411,103.
Section 3. Continuation of Terms of Agreement. Except as expressly modified by the terms and provisions of this document, the remaining terms and provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
THE AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES of the Parties have caused this Third Amendment, Agreement No. 2019-28E, to be executed as of the Effective Date above.
