Description Evaluate possible solutions to reduce maintenance and improve the operations of both stations. Floatable solids reduce the capacity of the wet well and require regular cleaning to ensure pump operation. Since Pump Station No. 5 discharges to Pump Station No. 3, both stations need to be evaluated. The quarterly cleaning requires personnel and equipment from the collection system crew, preventing them from performing their regularly scheduled work.
