CSD RESOLUTION NO. 2025-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CAMARILLO SANITARY DISTRICT
ADOPTING FISCAL YEARS 2025-2030 CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
The Camarillo Sanitary District resolves as follows:
SECTION 1.The Camarillo Sanitary District (District) finds as follows:
A. The Camarillo Sanitary District (District) in conjunction with the City Council of the City of Camarillo (City) has prepared a five-year capital improvement program entitled "FY 2025-2030 Capital Improvement Program" for transportation, water, sanitary, storm drainage, and buildings and grounds capital projects for Fiscal Years 2025-30.
B. The Board of Directors of the Camarillo Sanitary District held a duly-noticed public hearing in conjunction with the City on the FY 2025-2030 Capital Improvement Program on July 9, 2025, regarding said program.
C. The Camarillo Sanitary District is desirous of adopting the five-year program.
SECTION 2.The Camarillo Sanitary District finds that the document entitled "FY 2025-2030 Capital Improvement Program" satisfies the requirements of Government Code section 66002 by indicating the approximate location, size, time of availability, and estimate of costs for the capital projects, including those projects to be financed with developers' fees.
SECTION 3.The Planning Commission and the City Council find that the FY 2025- 2030 Capital Improvement Program is consistent with the General Plan.
SECTION 4.The Camarillo Sanitary District does hereby adopt that portion of the FY 2025-2030 Capital Improvement Program for FY 2025-30 relating to transportation, water, sanitary, storm drainage, and buildings and grounds.
SECTION 5.The Assistant Secretary shall certify the adoption of this Resolution and forward a copy hereof to the District Manager and affected department heads.
