Comments Dear Camarillo City Council Members,
I ask that each of you consult your own heart and consciense as you consider the moment we're in. Yes, our country, like most, is dealing with immigration, legal and illegal. It's a problem that needs to be addressed but masked agents hastily throwing people into unmarked vehicles, terrorizing our community, is not who we are as Americans or as the City of Camarillo.
We ask you to make clear that ICE, in it's current form, carrying out it's immoral policies is not welcome in Camarillo.
The bad guys need to go but we need not lose ourselves in the process. History is watching.
