A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMARILLO EXONERATING WARRANTY SECURITIES FOR
THE CAMARILLO PUBLIC LIBR ARY EXTERIOR PAINTING
PROJECT, AS-2023-5
The City Council of the City of Camarillo resolves as follows:
SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Camarillo finds and declares as follows:
A. On August 28, 2024, the City Council of the City of Camarillo accepted the public improvement for the Camarillo Public Library Exterior Painting Project, AS-2023-5, by Perfection Painting Corp.
B. Warranty securities have remained posted for the required one-year maintenance period.
SECTION 2: Developers Surety and Indemnity Company Performance/Payment Bonds No. 0102491 in the amount of $99,000 are exonerated.
SECTION 3: The Director of Administrative Se rvices/Chief Innovation Officer is authorized to return the Bond security listed in Section 2, above.
