A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CAMARILLO SANITARY DISTRICT APPROVING THE
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND NOTICE INVITING
BIDS FOR WASTEWATER SYSTEM GENERATOR
REPLACEMENT AT PUMP STATION 3 & PUMP SSTATION
5 - PROJECT NO. SS-5120-1
The Board of Directors for the Camarillo Sanitary District resolves as follows:
SECTION 1:The Board of Directors for the Camarillo Sanitary District finds and declares as follows:
A. The Camarillo Sanitary District is desirous of completing the public improvement project, Wastewater System Generator Replacement at PS3 & PS5 - Project No. SS-5120-1 (the “Project”).
B. The Project is necessary to further promote public health, safety and welfare.
C. The Board of Directors has accounted for funding for construction of the Project in approving the budget for the current fiscal year and the 5-Year Capital Improvement Program.
D. The Camarillo Sanitary District has conducted the necessary environmental review for the Project and a Categorical Exemption in conformance with CEQA has been signed and posted for the Project.
SECTION 2:Board of Directors approves said project, approves the plans and specifications, adopts the Categorical Exemption CEQA finding pursuant to CEQA Guideline Section 15301 Class 1 for the Project, and hereby authorizes the Assistant District Manager to proceed with the public bidding procedures for the Project.
SECTION 3:This resolution shall take effect immediately.
SECTION 4:The Assistant Secretary shall certify to the adoption of this resolution.
