Comments Thousand Oaks City Council stepped up yesterday to the existential and humantarian crisis that has unfolded in our own backyards due to the Trump administration rolling back
democracy and allowing ICE to detain our residents.
Disappointingly, some of the Ventura County supervisors did not step up yesterday to their moral responsibility to take local action to defend democracy. It is NOT business as usual. We need the Camarillo City Council to step up also and support agenda items C and P.
