A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMARILLO EXONERATING WARRANTY SECURITIES FOR
THE CAMARILLO RANCH HOUSE BARN IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT, AS-2023-2
The City Council of the City of Camarillo resolves as follows:
SECTION 1:The City Council of the City of Camarillo finds and declares as follows:
A. On September 11, 2024, the City Council of the City of Camarillo accepted the public improvement for the Camarillo Ranch House Barn Improvements, AS-2023-2, by Bodagger Builders.
B. Warranty securities have remained posted for the required one-year maintenance period.
SECTION 2:American Contractors Indemnity Company Performance/Payment Bonds No. 100865075 in the amount of $154,125 are exonerated.
SECTION 3:The Director of Administrative Services is authorized to return the Bond security listed in Section 2, above.
