AGREEMENT NO. 2023-157B
AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
The Second Amendment to Agreement No. 2023-157 (Amendment) is entered into between the City of Camarillo, a California general law city and municipal corporation (City), and Complete Paperless Solutions (collectively referred to as the Parties ). The effective date of this Amendment is September 24, 2025.
RECITALS
A. On November 13, 2023, the City Manager approv ed Profess ional Services Agreement No. 2023-157 with Complete Paperless Solutions for software, implementation, configuration and training, records management setup for all departments, migration of current records from Questys to Laserfiche, and VIP support. in the amount of $157,337. The Agreement is designated as CC Agreement No. 2023-157.
B. On January 8, 2025, the Parties pursuant to Section 3 of th e Agreement entered into a First Amend ment in the amount of $21,600 for additional professional services related to the Citywide digitization and transparency project.
C. Pursuant to Section 1 of the Agreement, the parties wish to extend the term of the Agreement for an additional 15-month term ending on April 19, 2027.
D. All capitalized terms not defined in this Amendment have the meaning set forth in the Agreement.
Section 1. Compensation and Payment. The Second Amendment to the Agreement is for a not-to-exceed amount of $246,563, for a total agreement amount of $425,500.
Section 2. Scope and Performance of Services. Effective September 24, 2025, the estimates and documentation attached hereto are hereby incorporated and made a part of Exhibit A, Scope of Services.
Section 3. Continuation of Terms of Agreement. Except as expressly modified by the terms and provisions of this document, the remaining terms and provisions of the Agreement remain in full forc
e and effect.
THE AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES of the Parties have caused this Amendment, Agreement No. 2023-153B, to be executed as of the Effective Date.
