Searle Creative began in 2000 in a spare bedroom, born from a clever moment when a marketing director asked Kellie Searle—then a freelancer—to come up with a company name that would sound more impressive to the C-suite. (“Group” seemed like it might do the trick.) As demand grew, Kellie began assembling a team of talented freelancers who could expand her capabilities—especially in areas like web development. When the time came to build a full-time staff, she focused on hiring people who were not only highly skilled, but also genuinely great to work with. Her goal: to create a workplace that felt like the best job anyone had ever had. Today, Searle Creative is home to more than a dozen exceptional team members who seem to agree—much to Kellie’s gratitude and ongoing amazement.
