AGREEMENT NO. 2025-28A
AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
This First Amendment to Agreement No. 2025-28 is entered into between the City of Camarillo, a California general law city and municipal corporation (City), and Complete Paperless Solutions LLC, collectively referred to as the Parties. The effective date of this Amendment is September 24, 2025.
RECITALS
A. On April 25, 2025, the City Manager approved Professional Services Agreement No. 2025-28 with Complete Paperless Solutions LLC for scanning services in support of the Citywide digitization and transparency project in the amount of $45,000. The Agreement is designated as CC Agreement No. 2025-28.
B. Pursuant to Section 1 of the Agreement, the parties wish to extend the Agreement for an additional term of 10 weeks.
C. All capitalized terms not defined in this Amendment have the meaning set forth in the Agreement.
Section 1. Compensation and Payment. The First Amendment to the Agreement is for a not-to-exceed amount of $250,000 for a total agreement amount of $295,000.
Section 2. Term of the Agreement. The term of the Agreement is extended for an additional 10-week period, from April 25, 2026, through June 30, 2026.
Section 3. Continuation of Terms of Agreement. Except as expressly modified by the terms and provisions of this document, the remaining terms and provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
THE AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES of th e Parties have caused this Amendment, Agreement No. 2025-28A, to be executed as of the Effective Date.
