CALL TO ORDER
The Chair called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. at the Water Reclamation Plant.

DISCUSSION ITEMS
A. Water Reclamation Plant Upgrades Workshop
The Board toured the Water Reclamation Plant.
Assistant City Manager Nichols, Assistant District Manager Klotzle, and Assistant Finance Director Townsend gave a PowerPoint presentation reviewing the background for the Water Reclamation Plant upgrades, selection process for an Owner Advisor to serve as project manager, timeline of project, and information on Prop 218 rate approvals. Fieldman, Rolapp & Associates provided an overview of the financing options.
