The Camarillo service concept leaves
the trolley route as is and splits bus
service into two overlapping loops
running in opposite directions. These
loops would overlap for the majority
of their routes, with the clockwise
route additionally serving Mission
Oaks Boulevard to the east including
the high school, and the counter-
clockwise route serving the Springville
development to the west.
• Regular hourly service on both
loops
• Timed transfers with the
trolley and both loops
• Expanded destinations in the
core of the city
• Service would be pulled back
from the southeast part of
the city, including Leisure
Village, which would be
offered premium Dial-A-Ride
service instead.
Proposed changes to VCTC
Intercity would offer more
regular service to Moorpark and
Ventura.
