A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMARILLO EXONERATING WARRANTY SECURITIES
FOR NORTH PLEASANT VALLEY GROUNDWATER
DESALTER – DETENTION BASIN IMPROVEMENTS -
PROJECT NO. WT-11-01
The City Council of the City of Camarillo resolves as follows:
SECTION 1:The City Council of the City of Camarillo finds and declares as follows:
A. On September 11, 2024, the City Council of the City of Camarillo accepted public improvements for North Pleasant Valley Groundwater Desalter – Detention Basin Improvements – Project WT-11-01.
B. Warranty securities have remained posted for the required maintenance period.
SECTION 2:US Specialty Insurance Company Performance/Payment Bonds No. 1000814688 in the amount of $692,618 with increase rider, rider increases the bonds amount from $692,618 to $761,670.53, are exonerated.
SECTION 3:The Public Works Department is authorized to return the bonds noted in Section 2 to the contractor.
