TAKE NOTICE, that the Camarillo City Council will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 601 Carmen Drive, Camarillo, California, on the following agenda item:
Proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendment to Camarillo Municipal Code Chapters 9.12, 19.26, and 19.58 Pertaining to Retail Off-Sale Alcohol Establishments in the CPD Zone and Public Nuisance Regulations
The City is considering an Amendment to the Camarillo Municipal Code Chapters 9.12, 19.26, and 19.58 pertaining to retail off -sale alcohol establishments in the CPD Zone and Public Nuisance Regulations. The project is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under the common sense exemption (CEQA Guidelines Section 15361(b)(3)) as It can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the ordinance amendment may have a significant effect on the environment.
Any person interested in this matter is invited to attend and provide comments on the proposed action. If you challenge the proposed action in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues raised at the meeting verbally or in writing.

You may submit written comments on a specific agenda item at www.cityofcamarillo.org/publiccomment or at City Hall. Please submit your comment no later than 3:00 p.m. on December 10, 2025.
