A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMARILLO EXONERATING WARRANTY SECURITIES
FOR ANNUAL OVERLAY - PROJECT NO. ST-5023
The City Council of the City of Camarillo resolves as follows:
SECTION 1:The City Council of the City of Camarillo finds and declares as follows:
A. On January 10, 2024, the City Council of the City of Camarillo accepted public improvements for Annual Overlay – Project ST-5023.
B. Warranty securities have remained posted for the required maintenance period.
SECTION 2:Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America, Performance/Payment Bonds No. 107721598 in the amount of $3,272,556 are exonerated.
SECTION 3:The Public Works Department is authorized to return the bonds noted in Section 2 to the contractor.
