A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMARILLO ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND
EXONERATING PERFORMANCE SECURITIES FOR IPD-
390M(2) TROJAN STORAGE
The City Council of the City of Camarillo resolves as follows:
SECTION 1:The City Council of the City of Camarillo finds and declares as follows:
A. On September 29, 2021, the City Council of the City of Camarillo approved improvement plans for IPD-390M(2).
B. The City Engineer has reviewed the final as-built plans and recommends approval of the final plans and acceptance of public improvements.
C. The performance securities have remained posted in-lieu of a warranty security for the required one-year maintenance period.
SECTION 2:The recitals set forth above are true and correct.
SECTION 3:Harco National Insurance Company Faithful Performance/Labor and Materials Bonds No. 0795621 in the amount of $7,805 for streets, removals, and drainage; and Harco National Insurance Company Faithful Performance/Labor and Materials Bonds No. 0795622 in the amount of $15,420 for grading, are exonerated.
SECTION 4:The Public Works Department is authorized to return the securities listed in Section 3, above.
