A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMARILLO EXONERATING WARRANTY SECURITIES
FOR ROAD REHABILITATION PROJECT CRASL-5393
(040) - PROJECT NO. ST-5123
The City Council of the City of Camarillo resolves as follows:
SECTION 1:The City Council of the City of Camarillo finds and declares as follows:
A. On September 11, 2024, the City Council of the City of Camarillo accepted public improvements for Road Rehabilitation Project CRASL-5393 (040) – Project ST- 5123.
B. Warranty securities have remained posted for the required maintenance period.
SECTION 2:Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America, Performance/Payment Bonds No. 107952506 in the amount of $2,265,115 with increase rider, rider increases the bonds amount from $2,265,115 to $2,578,826.80, are exonerated.
SECTION 3:The Public Works Department is authorized to return the bonds noted in Section 2 to the contractor.
